Macclesfield Forest holds a special place in my heart. Its tranquil beauty makes it the perfect place for my partner and me to escape into nature on the weekends. It's one of the most picturesque landscapes of Cheshire and an absolute haven for photographers.
Jenny and Callum are keen walkers themselves and wanted to document their love with a couples session, prior to their wedding at Hilltop Country House in Macclesfield this year. For them, the photo session was a celebration of their shared love for the outdoors and the love they have for each other.
The session began with photos by Trentabank reservoir and then we ventured deeper into Macclesfield forest, finding the most glorious tunnel of sunlight filtered through the dense canopy of trees, where Jenny and Callum explored their surroundings together. As the sun began to set, we made our way over to Ridgegate Reservoir to capture more of their love before parting ways.
